Excitement and drag

So many
events to catch up on. Hmmms. Lets start with the Bei
Jing olympics. Its barely stared and now its
over. 
The opening ceremony was FABULOUS. The games were TERRIFIC. The competition was IMPOSSIBLE. The closing ceremony was SAD.

June (CFC-Cousin from Ca. lols!) Came to visit. Sooooo fun. It was fun, even though it was raining lots...
We had so much fun. We celebrated June's B'dae with an Ice-cream cake. And it was on the day she got both Sandy Eye and a sandy eye. ;p

Today, I
found out about the funny-bone and why it was
called a funny-bone... Ow.
Here's the dictionary's definition:
Funny bone
noun
1. a place on the inner elbow where the ulnar nerve passes close to the surface: a sharp impact at this place causes a strange, tingling sensation in the arm
2. inclination to laughter; (one's) risibilities
Strange tingling sensation? It was a numbness mixed with pain! Ow. Shock. -_-
Okay, a different dictionary agrees with me.
Now, why its called funny-bone:
When you knock it and cringe in pain, everybody else laughs. I was like half laughing and half reacting to the sensation. Okay, its not that long in impact. It goes away quick. Its mostly shock cause of the
nerve. I'll just be sure not to hit it again
though. 
I guess that's all. My life is quite "fine" at the moment.

Weekends...

stayed last weekend. V.fun and most enjoyable. Wish
it were the holidays. We stayed up real late so I
ended up really tired for the next few days. Fri we
didn't do that much, not including the massive chats
we've managed. Talked till three. Woke up at ten
though on sat. After breakfast, went shopping.
Actually bought something. Was great. Quality
time.
After, we went home and ate this special type of rice roll with stufffing in it. Very nice and tasty. What I liked was that we were allowed to chose what was inside so got to eat faves. (And I discovered how much I like salty food 0_0) Then, we sort of made cookies, but the mix was already prepared pretty much. The cookies were nice though. We made a cookie dough man with the extra remaining cookie dough. I'll put up pics if I can. He turned out a bit too fat after sometime in the oven. (Like a sauna?? 0.0)
We chatted late that night too, but I probably shouldn't state here, for obvious reasons..
Emi went to church with us the next day too.
I must say that I love sleep overs. A lot.
