HAPPY
CHINESE NEW YEAR PPL! 
Erm... Its the eve of CNY, but we had reunion yesterday at Gab's house. It was fun! We started playing board games,
"Game of Life", "Risk", etc. Then dinner, then
went upstairs again, finished playing Risk, and
started playing In ThE DaRk GaMe...
(It until now known as that, or
"Monster Man". :p, but the former is more
popular)
Anyways... I guess that's all for now... but I'll update about tml's events!

Pre-CNY

So
school's been in for two weeks. Lots have been
happening, and I don't mind blogging about this
stuff... Like how I've been loaded with homework its
crazy heavy on somedays, and then I 'll only have one
assignment the next. Things are so temporary in upper
sec... it feels that way. I hope friendship won't be
like that though. By far, I've been seeing the same
friendly cheerful old friends from sec 1 and 2, so
its been great, and I get to work with lots of ppl
now that I'm in peer leading, and drama has started
again.
Anyways, Its been fine so far. I've met lots of new ppl, my peer support group is just lovely, some are quite hyper, others not so, but they Are fun... I think it'll be okay.
My new class is also quite okay. We're civil to one another. That's the point I'd put it to. I'm more familiar with those in my classes. Its weird. The only classes that the whole class takes together is Math, English and Socials. The rest of the five to six/ seven subjects are mostly/ some ppl from other classes. That's another thing different from lower sec. I know a lot more ppl now. So I at least know quite a few faces in each class. But the new scholars, I don't know. I hope they settle into Sg life well and will love it at SC, though.
My table partner (In the time that I actually spend at it, that's three subjects out of eight) is also a scholar, from China. She's nice, but we have problems communicating sometimes. :p
Anyways, I think I'll have to get to my work now, so if you'll excuse me...

1- I don't normally blog a lot, but I have a diary... also unfrequented by my pens.
2- Erm... I love notebooks! Even when I don't need them at the current moment. Especially spiral noties!
3- Most scary Disney bad guy/ woman to me since I was little: Snow White Witch/ Queen and The Elegant and Evil Maleficent from sleeping beauty! (The most creepy music in disney is the part where Maleficent guides sleeping beauty to prick her finger. If you ever can, just listen for the music. Its a real good and (spooky) piece of music!)
4- i don't like being alone when i go out to shop. I like a shopping companion! (So I can drize someone craaaazy!!!)
5- Ooooh I love snowboarding!!!
6- Erm... habits... The only ones I can think of is my whole family (together)'s habit of always being late for important stuff... and my love for driving everyone crazy whilst I shop... and I don't even shop long.
7- I would like to have twins for kids in the future. (2 in 10months) [not 6 months dude! noted by carissa..]
8- I'm having a difficult time thinking of stuff to write right now.
9- I love drama, and a good story, and Pam Wedgewood's After Hours piano pieces!!

And suddenly jump into the New Year...

Hey! I’m
back.
I’ve edited the blog so its a bit different than before. Anyways, somethings might never change.
I guess its time to forgive and move on. I usually do anyways. But somethings are more hurtful than others.
Anyways, I’ve got to update on the trip. But Carissa’s probably said all that there has to be said. I’ll just put up somethings that I’ve written in my personal travel journal.
6th of December 2008:
We went to eat dinner at Dai Gu Ma’s house. All Dai Gu Ma’s kids and grandkids were there. It was also an early celebration of christmas for them since apparently, Wayne can’t make the date which we were celebrating with the rest of the big family later.
Like Carissa has mentioned: EVAN IS CUTE!!!!! Really.
Madison’s quite big now. When I last saw her, she was a baby, but that day, she wanted to play baseball with Adrianne (forgive my mispellings if any) and I with a soft ball and plastic bowling pin. She’s adorable too in her own way.
Alicia was sick, but she did manage to play a few lines on the piano for me and my mom. Actually, for her age, she is really good. I didn’t start piano till I was like... nine or ten? Kyra and Lauren were good too and sooooo flexible. I couldn’t do any form of gymnastics even at their age. The two of them really got a kick out of chasing Jo around and yelling “Uncle Jo!!!”
Then they did their gingerbread houses! It was marvelous and pretty! I wish I had gotten to make gingerbread houses when I was little. Jo was still considered, so he made a house too. Lauren’s house was covered with coloured candy, and Kyra covered hers with white icing before putting on all these coloured candy balls. That is going to be really sweet when she eats it.

We were staying over at Emily’s cuz Auntie Cyn was not around, and we wanted to stay over. =D
Emily and I watched “Money no enough 2”. She was right, it was super funny. Except the part where the mother died. That was so sad. Then, Emily and I started into disney movies on youtube. Somethings that we haven’t watched since we were children. It really rekindles the childhood memories we have in our hearts.
12th Dec 2008:
We stayed over at June’s. We learnt how to play Settlers of Catan (AKA Settlers)!!! Man that game ROCKS!!! We played it till really late. :p We also played long none played game: Hamburgers AND we also played “SORRY!” Was super fun.
13th Dec 2008:
June and I painted our nails. June taught me how to do a french manicure. Well... as far as doing it at home goes, it was really pretty!! And simpler than both of us thought it would be. We all played ping pong too. Was fun.
Though the whole trip, we went to metro several times. I love shopping!!! (Unfortunately, stuff over there are sooooooooo expensive!!! Ouch!)
Then there was the Whistler trip from the 15th to the 18th. That was fun too but tiring!! I learn how to move more on my board and make sure its not so tiring on the legs, but it still is tiring, get my meaning?
I did our christmas shopping with Carissa, and wrapped and tagged and stuff. Christmas was lovely. We went to Sandra Gu Ma’s bash on the 24th at night. The Wongs next door on the morning of the 25th!!1 And Auntie Cyn’s on the evening of the 25th.
(At Auntie Cyn’s. Emily and I sang on this karaoke like thing she got for christmas. It records you as you sing, so when we listened back on our singing, it was so humorous!!! and embarrassing. I sound a lot different and horrible on recordings. but it was fun ;p)
(and Karol Gu Ma’s even later on the 25th) We went snow boarding during the day of the 26th, and to June’s party on the evening of the 26th. So fun!
It was also a beautiful White Christmas. And it had snowed a lot! I really found that the most beautiful and miraculous gift this Christmas. I had prayed for a white Christmas... and God sent me more than that. And the best gift of all was His Love. And what he sent us on the first Christmas.

Like Carissa says, we went to see the Nutcracker, The Drowsy chaperone and the VSO concert. After the Nutcracker, we went to Cheesecake etc to eat... erm... Cheesecake. Dad, Jo and I had strawberries with ours, soo sweet!!! Mom had chocolate, ooh so rich and creammmmy... and Carissa had... cheese cake. All had whipped cream to go with it.
We went back via HK. There, we did some shopping at Ladies Market at night. I love that! I bought some things there, a pretty white handbag, and the usual stuff.
Anyways. It was fun, and a great trip, one of the best I’ve been on for a long time.
When we got back, Auntie Sam, Su, Grandma, Grandpa and Amos picked us up. We all went home and wow, was it clean. (but we soon cluttered it up with all our things again ;p) I gave Su the disney keychain I bought her in HK. It was cute. Car gave A.Sam a disney pin, cuz A.Sam likes them.
Later, we went out to eat dinner with Grandma and Grandpa, Amos and Gab, who we met at J8. Anyways, It was fun catching up with everyone. This holiday was great.
We had steamboat on New Years day. New Years already. It was so fast. I felt like I was just suddenly tipped out of 2008 into 2009, like something is poured from one bowl into another.
Yesterday was the first day of school. Suddenly hit me that I was in sec 3, already. Time really flies. I had peer leading. My group’s really nice. Really. The first day was busy, but okay.
At night, we had Family group worship. It was nice to come back after the Holidays... And I learnt a couple of things from the Holy Spirit. Its special.

Some of my New Years resolutions:
Grow Taller.
Gain weight (such that I’m not under weight -_-).
Practice piano at least twice a week.
Do well in studies.
Write.
Listen for the Holy Spirit.
I guess that’s it for now.
